Vivian Jennings

Vivian Jennings is an executive HR leader who helps organizations align people strategy with business goals, operating demands, and growth. Across more than 15 years in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and hospitality environments, she has built HR functions, guided workforce strategy through rapid expansion, and advised senior teams on talent, compensation, succession, and organizational effectiveness.

Her leadership has helped organizations scale, strengthen retention and succession, and make workforce decisions with better information. At ABB Electrification Services, she supported growth from 350 to more than 1,300 employees over four years while turnover fell by nearly 80%; at Conair, she helped reduce turnover from 10% to 3%. She has also developed workforce reporting and compensation frameworks that give executives a clearer view of capacity, productivity, and talent needs.

As Cicrim’s EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, Vivian advises leaders on the people strategy that supports enterprise performance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University.
